Why Does Joomla Just Refresh The Backend Longin Page?

I can’t figure it out… it happens at least once a month where I can’t log in to the back end AT ALL. I click “Login” and the pages just refreshes as if nothing happened. How can I fix this?
–There seem to be so many problems with Joomla, the main ones being log in and jos_session errors… any advice?–

    Hi,How are u. Joomla is a framework. For your problem You need to replace the administrator folder in the root directory. and next time yow must backup this folder, Ok Bye
