    I don’t usually simply post a URL, because I think thats lame, but in your case, I seriously DO recommend the tutorial on:http://www.php.net/
    It should get you started right away :)
    You will need to install PHP, and Apache, and I would suggest either HTML-KIT for light-weight development, or ZEND for heavy
