Best bet is to get frontpage, look for the most simple web pages online, and copy them.
Design your own webpages. KISS (keep it simple sweetheart). think about the main things you want from a website that you go to (what kind of info you want to see, what kind of pictures, the navigation structure that you are most used to and like best, etc.).
There is a freeware webpage design program similar to frontpage called nvue. It is good too.
