Someone please let me know. I have started dealing wtih them and it has been a month and I see no progress. I don’t want to throw away money to someone who is scamming me. Can anyone recommend a good programming/web design company that is legit and does work quick?

February 21st, 2010I’ve been developing a web site and I want to add the ability for users to set a designated time that an event will occur. However I want any user that sees these times to be able to see them in his/her local time. I’m sure that there is a php library out there somewhere that handles user time zone settings.
