    You might want to try our http://logiczap.com to get basic certifications in css, html, or php. They look great on a resume and are very affordable. Hope that helps! :)

    Web designer have very good scope in market.If you want start your carries as a web designer you must learn html in detail.html clears your basic concepts & html related codes used in all advanced version of designing tools.

    Some colleges have web design certificate classes. Also what kind of web design you want to go into. PHP, HTML, ASP, XML they are all similar in some ways, but different. The best program that I have found is Macromedia Dreamweaver.

    Get a good program like Dreamweaver.
    Look at other sites and get ideas.
    Get started on free sites and learn all you can.
