into the control pane (Cpanel) but creating a mail link (e.g mail in yahoo) and it take u straight to a form were you’ll need to input User name & password or u sign up. please guys how can i create this and it will work perfectly.

Your email with your hosting account is smtp/pop and you access it using a client such as outlook express or a web based client such as squirrel mail. I think what you are asking is how you can create something like yahoo mail, where users sign up and have their own accounts.
