The first page, is the Home – introduction, made out of div and the next is a list of things made on table.

    You don’t have to use the same design consistently across a site – but it is generally a bad idea not so as it can be confusing,
    Don’t use tables to describe lists, HTML has unordered lists, ordered lists and definition lists for that.

    You don’t! Your own choice of design :) But it’s still a good idea to do so, like that other guy over there said, it’s gonna be kinda confusing if the pages are of different design. But as for the size, of course they can be different, all depends on the content of each page.

    You can do it anyway you want. Unless you’re doing it for school, most class projects require continuity, but if you are doing it just for yourself, whatever makes you happy. Have you tested it locally (on your machine before uploading it)? or is it already uploaded and working?
